What we collect

Tariff Refund Finder collects as little as possible.

• Visitors: server-side page and click counts with no cookies, no advertising pixels, and no personal identifiers. We do not save what you enter in the tools.
• Claims: we save the name, e-mail, phone and role you enter, and the listing you claim, so we can review and administer your claim. Ask us to correct or remove your details at the contact address below.
• Accounts: the email and password you use to sign in, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Vendors: the business details you publish on your profile.

What we never do

No sensitive-category tracking, no sale of personal data, no third-party ad networks, no data from anyone under 18.

Your choices

Email hello@tariffrefundfinder.com to correct or delete anything about you or your firm. Vendors can opt out of outreach in the portal or at /legal/opt-out.

Providers

Hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), payments (Stripe; card details never touch our servers), email (Resend).
